The Mulfinger design is no longer available. I think the Bodega is the closest to it from the current designs.

Jay sells the Bodega plans for $695 and if you are anxious to get them right away, I have set up an easy Buy Now button for you to purchase right here.

What a great variation on the usual tiny house design. You’ve managed to squeeze a bedroom and make it incredibly roomy. Looks absolutely lovely.
Absolutely Lovely! I love love the full bath tub!!
Looks great! Does anyone know what this ended up costing? Or what you would expect to pay a contractor for foundation through finishes of this quality?
Awesome house! I have been wanting to build a house like that for a while. Has everything I need and am looking for. Does anyone know final cost and where Mulfinger plans can be procured since they are not available on this site?
I would contact Jay at Tumbleweed as he may have the plans or could give you direction. I will forward your comment to him also, so one way or the other you should make contact.

We’ve stopped selling the plans for this house because they don’t meet current building codes. We’ve redesigned all our homes that are on a foundation to meet the international building code (a.k.a. IBC). The IBC is the minimum standard in the US.
thanks. i do sell plans for that house. just contact me through my site, tumbleweedhouses.com.
This is the best example of high quality minimalist living to be found anywhere in the world; As for the cost, it is reported that a owner-built structure of this size , content & quality of finish would be in the range of between $6.500 -to- $12.000 & that figure is revelent to the materials only.
And, these are very conservative figures.

This house is so awesome!!! It is not like jay’s because he has wooden roofs and doesn’t look this good
It is one of Jay’s designs but he no longer sales the plans. Mark modified the interior to fit his needs so it has his own personal touch.
Check out http://www.tinytexashouses.com for similar houses using all reclaimed materials. Just one step closer to green.
Lovely house, I’ve seen it before but never with this many details and so many pictures whoever owns it is very lucky indeed.
Soon I’ll be building a house similar to this, but with my own custom made plans I drawn.
I just hope my tiny house it looks this good!
Lots of wasted space.
